Bravada Symphony Flooring-

We are in the process of installing Bravada's Symphony Allegro floors. Our contractor under-measured when he originally ordered the floor. When he ordered the remaining 400 square feet it came in different packaging than the first order (first was boxed, the second was sealed in plastic-only) and it is a different hue (althoug the lighting is muted, you can see it in the attached photos.)

I'm trying to contact Bravada to find out if they package their woods in different boxes to insure my contractor didn't get the second batch "that fell off a truck" and more importantly, find a way to get wood that matches the first batch.

Would anyone have a contact number or e-mail to connect with Bravada/Symphony? I can't locate contact information for them.

They are not really set up for consumer contact since they are a manufacturer and sell though a dealer network - I would just work with your contractor and the local dealer(s) to get the color match correct

Only way is to find the same lot number. Manufacturer will not be able to answer that you will need to visit retailers who sell the product. Leg work will be on you or your contractor at this point.

The dealer is who you contact , IMO your contractor is the one who should be doing this and IMO if the flooring does not match he needs to find the one that does he screwed up he foots the bill Get the info from the cotractor if possible then you can atleast talk to the retailer he bought from How did you tell the contractor what you wanted in the first place ?

Patricia, thank you for your reply. My contractor sent me to his flooring supplier. We chose the floor from his supplier and the contractor brought it to our home. We were invoiced by the contractor and paid same. And the same process was repeated on the second batch.
