Thoughts and Ideas - 2 plans

Hi,
I've been trying to post this question but have been having issues with image resolution and so on.
I had tried something similar previously but the plans were not nearly as advanced.
I'd like to know your thoughts on these house plans, and if, any suggestions or improvements could be made to make it either, more efficient and/or have a bit more of a ''wow factor".
