What does the furniture going in the rest of the room look like?

We have an axis sectional like this (no chaise) and this ottoman. So pretty basic and plain. I love the green chairs from c&b but I don’t know if a matching table would be to much of the same wood tone in there.

If you put the chairs and table on a rug, the wood tone doesn’t matter as much. Green is a great color to work with.

Because such a large table with multiple chairs is next to the island, I'd add shelves and a glass door center cabinet to the back of the island.

I like the tv low. I'd place it to the right of the fireplace or on the wall that includes the stairs.

You know that the Axis will fit in your space perfectly? Looks like it may be very tight.

Looking at your samples, I see you already have two types of wood so I'd be careful introducing another type in a different tone such as the one on the green chair you like. Also the fabric on the chair is in the Olive green tones and the ones in your backspash is a Seafoam colour. I found a Crate & Barrel table with a wood that seems to blend in nicely with your floor (but it has a live edge, don't know if you like that) with a black base. So here's what that could look like with black chairs with natural seats, a natural fibre area rug, and a mix of accent pillows (you can place some with green in the mix) ...

The axis we have will fit (153x90), the room is 22’8” x 17’4”. I’d jump for joy if it didn’t fit but my husband would probably have a panic attack since it’s less than 2 years old.

Originally we thought of doing black but were worried it would be too “much”. The smart thing would probably be to wait until we move in and use a card table until we figure out what look we’re going for.

(Maybe the couch gets damaged in the move or something? ;-) )
