It is a very tiny shower area...with no shower door...your floor is going to be a mess. Add small tiles with lots of grouting, you will be on your hands and knees with a toothbrush all the time.

You have a huge toilet closet with no window.

Two sinks in too close proximity.

Where is the door?

I think you should rethink the entire layout,

@elcieg what layout would you recommend. I've literally tried everything and this is the best we could come up with. I'm a designer and have been my own toughest client.

Maybe something like this?

Highlights:

• As elcieg mentioned - huge toilet closet, can be shortened, and, if needed, door can move to the other wall as a pocket door (I think it would make the entrance more pleasing and spacious, as you won't enter straight into the toilet door)
• Move linen closet to the wall across (I'm seeing some items there in your rendering, but not entirely sure what your plans were for it?) - this will allow for a longer double vanity and having the two sinks not too close to one another (another point mentioned by elcieg)

you need dimensions on your layout to get more help

Post a 2D floor plan WITH all measurements. This is as stated not good. Including having to squeeze yourself between the cabinet and tub to reach the shower.

And the sink being right up against the tall cabinet.

And the toilet room being too long.

I assume this is a remodel?
