PAVERS—please HELP!!

Hello!
We had a large paver installation about 2 weeks ago. When we returned from our Christmas trip, we noticed black splotching/discoloration. It has been at least a week without rain.
Is this normal? Is it just condensation that isn’t drying? We have our walk through with our contractor this week, please help!!!!
