My new marble (Egyptian botticino) install is in process. I have a few questions

• my tile has lippage. My contract does not include grind, buff, or seal. How much lippage is acceptable in a new install? If grind is required to resolve the lippage, should this be my financial responsibility or my contractor?

• the contractors placed a heavy paper to protect some of the tiles but not others. The tiles I can see have etching, smeared cement, marks from sweeping, vacuuming, other tools and maybe foot traffic. Will this resolve with buff and seal or will it require grind?
