Did you have to do any prep on tiles to get outlet covers on?

    Sorry for the delayed response. The answer is no. Swtich and plug recepticles have metal tabs top and bottom that overlap the front-side of the tile. What you may need though depending on the depth of the rough-in box is longer screws to mount the outlet to the rough-in box. Also, make sure that the tile cutout is smaller than the perimeter of the outlet cover but, clears the small screw hole for the outlet cover mounting screw.
