You let it grow for a while as it is, until it gets a few roots that are an inch or more long, then either cut that node with the little plant attached, off of the original bloom spike, or you gently pry the baby off the old bloom spike (your choice), and plant the baby in a pot of its own. Recommend you use orchid seedling mix, or grind the regular mix until it is a bit finer. This will help it retain a bit more moisture until I grows up a bit. The baby is an exact genetic copy of mama, unless there is a major genetic event which is very rare. Have fun. Bill
