My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Foundation Wall Concerns

Hi,


I’ve noticed some cracks and bowing in my foundation wall that seems worrisome. My project manager said they are just surface cracks and the bowing is from the form, plywood bowing after pour.


Ignore the vent issue as I’m putting a door in there.


Let me know if you guys think i should have a mason come assess.

    Hire a local construction professional to protect you. I see several things in the images that concern me, but I do not know the circumstances of the addition. Someone local on site is in a better position to address and advise on any concerns.
