A change in SHEEN will provide the contrast. Switch up to satin or semi gloss on trim, in same white.

Paint is chosen in context with rugs, furnishings, and in consideration of natural light.

I'm not seeing much window.......white needs abundant light, or it will go dim and dingy.

I’m no pro but have lived in various homes with various types and heights of baseboard. In this case if I were you, I’d paint all the same color, walls and baseboards but do as Jan suggested and change the sheen of the baseboard to something more durable. Why? The baseboards there now, aren’t special, and any contrast will highlight that. It will just make your walls look shorter. Best to paint it out and make it more zen and seamless.

Use a matte finish on the walls and semigloss on the trim and they will look just a bit different without having to test a 100 whites. I aslo think the wall paint and color for the ceiling.
