Cleaning and Maintenance

I recently bought a Quartz countertop. I need to know what to do as far as a cleaner. I would really like to just use soap and water to clean my counters. However I can only use PH neutral cleaners and most dish washing soaps are above PH neutral which is 7. I’m at my wits end! Please help.
