We had a similar office in a prior home and we outfitted it with a large credenza/hutch on the top wall, a lateral file cabinet in the bottom right corner, and the desk perpendicular to the left wall. My husband preferred to sit on the bottom side of the desk facing the credenza, but facing the window is also an option…would just need to move the desk further down the wall to have more space between the desk/credenza. The second option gives easier access to credenza, if that’s a priority. Bottom line is…there is plenty of room to set up a generous office with lots of storage.

FWIW, I have a rolling computer desk with an upper shelf where I keep my printer - something like this, but mine has more shelving @ the side and a drawer...

I’d place the desk facing the door, right next to the window for the best natural light, and a nice position to hide cords. I like adjustable wall mounted shelving that can be reconfigured as your needs change. Keeping the floor open under the shelving make the small room feel more spacious.
