I moved mine last year and it didn't flower at all, just sulking.

I will say it's one of the thorniest Roses I have FYI!

It's an okay rose, but the problem is that there are more interesting roses in its category. Singin in the Rain has a unique color. Easy Going is a better powerhouse. Forever Amber is a better bloomer and has more romance to it.

The scent is in line with rose related to Julia Childs. The form is nice. It seems to prefer heat and higher UV conditions for growing. It sulks in overcast springs.

For me, the color, while colorfast, feels weak to me. I think its plausibly more resistant to bs that the roses I listed, and the form is nice. Those are the +'s to me. I actually put herbicide on it last Fall. Will dig it up in March.

I want to like mine its vigorous and has a good fragrance, stronger than other roses but not poweful, and I like thr color…when it blooms. Mine put up 5’ canes and never bloomed after the candelabra at the top. It may be shaded too much, or have have somehow gotten too much N fertilizer since the leaves look huge and lush. Indeed very disease free tor me including rust and mildew resistance which is big deal given how bad those were last spring.
