This is design dilemma also but we need a ton more info I ahve no idea what a social toilet is for starters. We need a to scale floor plan of the home including this space ideally done on graph paper with every window, doorway and where those lead all clearly marked . Every measurement clearly marked posted here in jpeg format oin a comment . DO NOT start another post . All things relating to this question are dealt with here in comments. I'm thinking you mean powder room when you say social toilet. That is how a half bath (sink and toilet) is described in the US. It's frequently near the front or back door, but not opening off the living room, kitchen or dining room. Ideally it opens off a hallway. It is also sometimes next to the laundry room. If you post a floorplan you will get better advice as people need more information in order to be able to comment.
