Miele speed oven—when and how do you use combi functions?

Ok so this is ridiculous. I have owned Miele speed ovens in both of my homes for a number of years. In my city kitchen where space is limited, it is my go-to oven that lets me avoid having to preheat the big 36” range oven or having a countertop microwave. In my house, where I have a large kitchen, I bought it because I liked it in the city and wanted a built-in microwave but not a drawer microwave.

I NEVER use the combi bake or combi roast features—either it doesn’t occur to me to do so or I just don’t know how or I don’t want to make a mess roasting a chicken in an oven that is not so easy to clean. I use the speed oven either as a microwave or as an extra convection oven. It is annoying that I have the speed functionality available to me but don’t know what/how to use it well. I am having trouble finding anything useful online.

l know that people say that a good use of the speed oven is to cook baked potatoes but I almost never make baked potatoes. I roasted a chicken once—it took an hour. Maybe it was faster than a conventional oven, maybe not. And it splatters, so better to use the regular oven that has self-cleaning if I need it.

What else do you use the speed functions for?
