Advice on some backyard concrete repairs

Hi there we have a few concrete jobs. The one I'm not sure about is trying to corner off this corner "bench". Right now the concrete is all jagged/rocky. We plant to put fake grass down soon and want it to look good. Is there some kind of tool that can shave this and make it a clean corner?
Also any tips to repair this wall? Is this a DIY project possibly?
