Chimonanthus praecox

I just discovered this fantastic winter flowering shrub (origin is mountains of China) last year. I was lucky enough to score a good-sized one from someone in my area who’s been propagating them. This is the first time me seeing it flower. The scent is delicious…kind of a lemon but also talcum powder scent. And it wafts quite a distance. Beats my edgeworthia and osmanthus in scent. Still lots of buds so looking forward to more blooms. Does anyone grow it and/or have advice on maintaining it? Any fertilizer needed?
