I am looking for ideas for transition doors. We just did a remodel on the exterior of our 100yr old farmhouse and replaced doors/windows/siding. I have 2 interior doors that I would like to replace. They both transition to porch areas. The front leads from the kitchen to an enclosed front porch/sitting area. The walls only have board insulation on the exterior and interior. The back leads to the same type but to the laundry area. Both areas are not fully heated but each has 1 vent going to the rooms. I have attached pics in comments
