matching, not so much, complimenting, Yes.

a photo of the area in question would be helpful in comments and suggestions.

The hardscaping should go with the house exterior. Some homes are brick on the front, siding on the back, so does the same color hardscaping go with both surfaces? Does the hardscaping in the back meet up with the hardscaping in the front anywhere? Pictures of the front and back would help you get better comments.

Good points, here you go

Hope this helps

Are you replacing the grey concrete material, both cast and rectangular pavers?

Natural stone Techno-Bloc.

There are a number of Spanish manufacturers making outdoor tile. Series - HDC Porcelain Tiles (porcelanicoshdc.com)

why don't you tell us exactly what you're replacing. I see stone, siding, walkways and a deck and red brick and some other pavers in the dirt.

what are you doing? I'd say if it's anything that impacts the front, you want that to be cohesive.

Sorry, replacing walkway, steps and garden curb in front. Along the back side, replacing the concrete slab to match the back of house Halton black flagstone. The asphalt driveway belongs to neighbour.

I wouldn't worry about matching your front hardscape to the back pavers. Glad your redoing the front of your attractive house and hope you get drainage right as it looks like water may have destroyed your old stairs.

Many thanks

Using black flagstone, I don't see any reason not to match the stone all the way around the house.
