Design Dilemma Paint The Old House

Exterior Paint + Chimney Color Ideas

Hello! We are painting the exterior of the house. The windows will be replaced (black trim) and the entry door will be updated also. I need some suggestions for the exterior paint. Also, because the chimney is right in front of the entry, I need some ideas on design suggestions since it is in such a prominent spot.

Post a picture of the house straight on, please. Will the door be the blackish color or is that just primed?

SW Rain would compliment the door. I would paint the brick on the chimmney SW Urbane Bronze, including the adjacent brick.

Agree with a dark chimney. Would paint your trim (and porch post, with rustoleum) the same color too. Wall color could go a lot of ways depending on your taste. The "Rain" could be nice, or some variety of taupe, maybe to match the mortar in your brick stairs...
