Help choosing bathroom floor tile

Hello. We have decided to update the bathroom floor tile. Considering it’s a small powder room, what would be the best tile size? Any suggestions on layout? The contractor asked if I wanted to tile the wall as well, but again being a small bathroom, I said no. Now I’m rethinking it. What do you think?

What is wrong with the current tile? I think it suites you bathroom perfectly and would not change it were it me.

So this was the original bathroom. Since we moved in, we have updated everything but the tile. The current tile, to me, belongs in the old bathroom.

The tile is the best thing about the bathroom. You need some color and accessories and maybe storage.
