Encore Azalea Issue

My 3 year old Encore Azaleas all bloomed and rebloomed well last year. This Spring, I’m noticing browning leaves on two of them (picture attached). Soil moisture seems to be fine. I’m in Northern Virginia Zone 7a/7b. Any thoughts on what this might be? Thank you.
