Posting in decorating conversations because I know and respect the opinions here. Though I know it's kind of a niche subject. Grateful for any ideas.

I am interested in lighting products that will supply bright indirect lighting in a pilates studio. Because we lay on our backs for much of the classes, overhead lights are not optimal. This is brand new space and will be finished to our specifications. Any suggestions?
