My partner and i have been passed down this plant from his nan who passed away, in the 3 months we have had it there has been lots a new growth but also have had leaves dropping/yellowing.

I want to keep it alive and growing as best as i can so any advice for a beginner would be helpful.

Is there any way i can get the middle to grow stems/leaves?
