kitchen layout question

Hi. Is this layout a bad idea for any reason? This is not my kitchen, but it shows location of oven next to fridge. My cooktop is in the island already and there is no room for the single wall oven. The perimeter cabinets are not done yet. Still designing. So I thought I could put the oven like this.

Not enough filler between the two. The fridge door is gonna get dinged.

I wouldn't like the MW up that high (but I'm short).

Where do you put hot items removed from the oven?

For my kitchen there is 4 feet of counter to the left. So plenty of room for hot things. Thanks for the point about filler. I thought this filler was too slim just based on looks and thought I would try 2-3” on each side of the oven. Never thought about fridge door!

Are you going to be the only one in the kitchen? At least in my house, microwave and refrigerator are high use hot spots. Nicer to spread things out.
