A console at the end of the hallway with artwork above it and a runner for starters.

Does the white cabinet stay? You really don't have room for furniture without it looking cramped, but a beautiful, large piece of art at the end of the hallway and a runner would really warm things up. I wouldn't put a mirror there and there really isn't the width or a reason to put one on the side walls. Maybe a sconce or two for some ambient lighting. Or a small, pretty chandelier or semi-flush light fixture.

What is the hallway width? Hard to tell but I wouldn’t fill up the floor with much based on your photo. The suggestions for a runner and wall art sound good.

You could try a smaller bench/shoe storage thing, a flush mount chandelier, a runner, a mirror, some artwork, a console table, etc. Below are a few entryway designs that might just help you more.
