What mosquitoe is this?

Spotted in SW, MI, Ottawa county, Apr.9, 2024. It was actually captured on sugar bait used to attact moths. This is quite early for mosquitoes to show up but then we have had wierd weather here. Photos online seem to suggest maybe Aedes vexans, Inland Floodwater Mosquito, which is a known to be a vector for EEE, so I hope I'm wrong in my ID. And from the looks of that proboscis it is a female.
