I don't have any first-hand experience with Arhaus rugs (although I have a house filled with Arhaus everything else). I found two things about your rug. 1. Arhaus' warranty does not cover rugs. 2. Although it is a hand-knotted rug, it is made from 86% rayon.

I guess I always thought that hand-knotted rugs were made of wool (or wool/silk blends).
