THese are the basics for lighting Ilke all lights to be LED 4000K I like the under cabinet lighting to be on one switch, the island lights on a nother and the ceiling lights on a nother . I see no reason for dimmable lighting and the island pendants should actually light the island not the ceiling

IMO a kitchen in like an operating room and always better to have too much lighting than too little that is why I like the 3 switches

If there are only base cabinets on the sink wall then what you're showing is fine. If there are also upper cabinets you need to move them out into the room some so they light the front part of the countertop. How are you planning on lighting the area with the table?

The amount of light at the counter surface for task lighting should be at least 450 lumens. The bulb output will be at the fixture. Led lights will also have a color temperature. 3500k is common. Hopefully the (3) wall rectangles-with-a-dot are not sconces, but maybe power connections for the cabinet runs. The (3) light fixture over the dining table looks like it should provide enough light for that area.
