Your plan will work fine, just make sure where you plan to tap the line it's plumbed so you can remove the bib adapter. You might need to change the flow restrictor washers if needed be to compensate for the gallons of water per hour.

Fair warning, the EZ flo isn't something I would use because of the chance to over fertilize and the gross inaccuracy it has by design, but then all tank injectors have the same drawbacks but will work at your pressure and flow rate if it's not below 8 gallons per hour.

Ventri injectors have a higher degree of accuracy but require higher than 25PSI and are sized to s specific water volume so will not work at a volume out of it's range. Pump injectors have the highest accuracy but expensive. So there isn't much more I could recommend than what you're looking to buy and will work ok.

The only one I could use would be a pump injector but I'm not willing to pay the price. Vegetables have different nutrient demands and since I'm not mono cropping I segregate and zone my vegetables by demand and with different sized emitters. I have a 10 gallon tank in line with my water outlet and mix exactly what I want to feed a zone.

Peas or beans for example only need 1/4 to 1/5 the nitrogen than brussels sprouts or cabbages need, so I don't want to overfeed one or underfeed the another. Celery and potatoes have an Incredible appetite for nitrogen and 8 times that of legume and 50% more than tomatoes so you can see why I zone and feed with different amounts.
