How long is your shower curtain?

I’m always a fan of an XL shower curtain.

I use XL shower curtains too and have my bar about 3” from ceiling. Curtain is about an inch from floor. But those are just suggestions. It can be a personal preference. I like your bottom pic.

What color/type of tile is that, love it!!!

It’s the wellfleet tile sold at best tile-try googling that. It’s the blue group, they have other colors also. Loved it at first sight and picked everything out around that tile!

Looks beautiful! Curious what length is the xl curtain?…84 inches? What is your ceiling height and what tub height do you have? Has that shower curtain length been working out? We are bringing tile up to our 8ft ceilings, as it was previously dropped over tub area, and I have the same question. Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing. I have 9 foot ceiling-tiled all the way up.

OK, so I just measured the wall height is 95 inches where it is tiled, the tub is 14 1/2 inches tall and the curtain is 84 inches long. The curtain length has worked out well but the inside liner is a little bulky in there since that is just as long. I did think about trimming the bottom of the liner a little bit, but this is my kids bathroom so I’d rather keep the water in securely then trim it too short. I just usually have to neaten it up a bit but it’s not a big deal.

Also, I have had a hard time finding liners. They have to be ordered online. I cannot find any with that length in the stores.

The remodel is still in progress, but I did purchase this shower curtain liner in the 72”x72” size. They offer tons of sizes, the reviews are good and I like the feel of the fabric. If your liner length does become an issue, maybe go shorter with the liner but keep your outer curtain the longer 84” length? I might try mixing lengths. I noticed they have 75”, 78”, 80” lengths for the white 72” wide liner.

I did buy that 72 when I bought the curtain options and I was worried with 2 boys that water would go everywhere because it seemed to fall about an inch under the tub height or less but I can’t remember since it was awhile ago!
