Yes, leather and fabric-covered pieces of furniture can work together in the same room. But you will need to post photos of your room and existing furniture (with close-ups of the existing upholstery too) to get the best feedback.

To make sure that you will like the way the proposed chaise will feel / fit in your room I’d try blocking it out with tape and cardboard cartons or something else to estimate the space it will fill. With 2 recliners and what may be a deep couch you do already have some lounging pieces. If you do choose this piece you will want to add additional green elements.

I might also suggest that the tv over the fireplace will work much better….(since the light from the windows will poorly affect the quality of viewing your tv …during any daytime hours…this will set you up for couch seating closer and angled toward the tv…in that event there may not be room for the chaise..but comfy chairs with ottomans are much more versatile …will add more seating….and take up less space….

That kind of seating layout also allows you to add the console behind the couch..with even an added stool for watching tv while having a snack

Sorry…this amenity counts on a table console..yours, however….would offer a spot for placing drinks or snacks..for everyone…

Fabric and leather can work well together, but you already know that because your chairs and sofa look great. But I don't love this particular corduroy and leather together. The chaise fabric looks cheap to me in compairson to the leather and the other sofa you already own.

Where in the room do you want to place this new piece and will you keep the sofa you have now? If you intend to keep your current pieces and are looking for a fourth, I think you need something that can be casual but still as elevated as your existing pieces.

I'm relieved you didn't make the mistake of putting your TV over your firepalce. Nice windows and floors by the way.

You need a rug so get that first and then decide on any addtional furniture and fabrics.

You don't need another textured fabric with the textured tweed sofa you already have. A velvet or suede would be just as soft and look much better.

Why a chaise in this room? Where would it go? How many people do you need to sit? I think you need to focus on your furniture placement and area rug first.

Order the smallest rugs you can as samples....then send them back and order the full size one you like.
