Problems with Texas traditions LVP

have a client who had casa grande by Texas traditions flooring put in and a month later the edges of the flooring started peeling up. It is not an install issue but a material issue. Manufacturer is saying that their home is too dry and it is there fault. Had testing done and nothing is wrong wiht the moisture/dryness of home. Has anyone else had this issue or know what to do next. The job costs over 20K and the homeowners are not at fault. Any advice is appreciated

Was it an installation error? Has the manufacturers rep been out to look at it? What store was it purchased thru? Were you the installer?

To millworkman, thank you for your reply. No, I was the designer on this. Installer has another customer with exact same issue but only from this manufacturer. You can tell this is not a problem with install because it is the top layer of plank that is coming up....not the whole plank. A rep has not been out to look at it nor will they. They insist the homeowner sends pictures and that is all they need. I'm just trying to steer them to their next step. The two customers with same problem are not "in contact" because the contractor does not want to share the names with each other due to legalalties.

So I wondered if anyone else has had issue ????
