Hi Meilissa.Yes, we're kind of in a No Man's Land; a couple very brief showers,humid nights. My roses are looking very good, in general, apart from some BS on the juveniles, but that's to be expected with the humidity. I'd much prefer a real rain, but I can't complain-apart from about a BAD tendinitis I'm experiencing in my right shoulder and arm.I think this kind of weather makes it worse,that is,when it "rains-nearby-but-not-here". Makes working-and doing everything-pretty difficult. I hope it goes away soon (the tendinitis).

Ouch: tendinitis in the arm is just wrong for a gardener. Look after yourself.

Is your water supply all right, if it has rained little recently? I think it was raining down your way earlier in the year while we were still suffering drought (certainly not the case now). It rained torrents again today, some of the hardest rain I've ever seen here, more like a Florida tropical storm than Italian weather. The next couple of days may actually be fair for a change. I'm curious to see what the landscape will look like on our trip down to town tomorrow.
