My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

If these were maples they would be different species

Could a little shade until noon make this much difference?
We have about 10 years age difference here. The big, dense one with the wider habit is from Arbor Day, the other I think Musser Forest.The siting is real similar, both down low in my front yard in nice sunny spots on the edge of where it can stay dampbfor a bit.
