Wallpaper/trim help!!

Any ideas for how to trim out this desk nook that is off a hallway, so wallpaper has place to die into?
I don’t want to end the wallpaper on a corner
Would it look strange to add vertical pieces of trim about 6 inches in from the hall?
Would love any ideas
