decorating question

last year

I found this little stool and cleaned it up and I just love it. I said it close to my fireplace. What kind of decor do you think would go with it or on top of it?

It’s very sweet but I’d consider another spot for it. It doesn’t seem to fit there for me. I wouldn’t put anything on top of it.

It is a cute piece. Don’t put anything on it to cover message. It doesn’t need anything with it either in the spot you have it in. Fits nicely as a nice touch.

Love it - but not there. It is dwarf compared to the fireplace brick and large lantern. I'd find a new special place for it - and wouldn't put anything on the top.

It would be a shame to cover up the little saying. Given its size, it needs to be raised and think it works there and will be a topic of conversation.
