How have I missed Glory To His Name? I have the Carpenter "To God Be the Glory" which is a stunner but is too tender for outdoors in the winter. This is a dormant. I will definitely have to pursue this one for next year......Nice form on your seedling btw.......Maryl

Glory to His Name is a pretty one! It's nice to have those very early seedlings, isn't it? Maybe you can get a picture of the seedling in the shade that will better show off how dark it is.

Your seedling is pretty! Those blackish flowers are always so hard to photograph. I still haven't been able to get a decent photo of our intro Carmen's Shady Schemes. I agree with Debra about the photo. Try shade (a white umbrella) or an overcast day.

I like the Glory To His Name color and the watermark. I've always liked Carpenter daylilies. Nice to not have to deal with weeds.
