Your tree grown from seed is among the best growing container tree I have seen on this forum.

I have a Key Lime I grew from seed too - mine's in the ground and has gotten pretty large and wild-looking. I'm getting fruits several times a year, so it's practically everbearing. I do understand it's one citrus that comes true to seed.

Your tree is absolutely beautiful! Did you find that it seemed to start slow and then just take off? It really seems like, if you can get them started from seed and growing, seed grown just works so well potted.

bonsai_citrus_and_indoor_gardening Yes all my seed started citrus started slow but the minute summer came they took off. I neglected some of my trees this winter and lost a few so I will be starting over with the Meyer Lemon and Blood Orange trees. I get a kick out of starting them from seed. If I get fruit great, if not oh well.
