It was a good day in the seedling bed.

Wolverine X Red Friday. Red Friday has been so erratic in our garden. We hope this seedling is an improvement.

This one has a complicated parentage. It is (Back Draft X Tet. Rose F. Kennedy) X (Lavender Oasis X Tet. Rose F. Kennedy).

This seedling lost its tag, but I believe it is Change My Heart X Cherry Pie a la Mode. If Cherry Pie is not the pollen parent, it is Jewel of Jewels.

This is Empire of Dawn and Dusk X Ultimate Design.

Now for a few diploids. This is Out of Balance X Odell--about a 3.5 inch bloom on a tiny plant.

Now for one of Bob's fulvas. This is ((Fulva Korean X Transylvanian Tango) X Crimson Stories) X Red Eyed Queen.

I like Broadway Player and that dark eye, such nice color. Such nice red eyed seedlings.

Pat Garrity and Mayan Warrior are bright and beautiful. My favorites of the seedlings today are the red-eyed one and Empire of Dusk and Dawn baby. The humidity was horrible this morning and this evening.

I like your Empire of Dawn cross. The strong edge color really compliments it.........Broadway Player is a nice one. I like it.............Maryl

Pat Garrity can have a nice bright flower. My gripe with it was always the low bud count, though sometimes it had more blooms later in the season. Does Mayan Warrior have the plant habit of Pumpkin Prince or of Gavin Petit? Here, Pumpkin is rather short. Gavin is taller, but throws scapes in all directions, a bit octopus like.

Broadway Player does indeed look perfect!! Lillian's Tears and Roses and your seedling (Back Draft X Tet. Rose F. Kennedy) X (Lavender Oasis X Tet. Rose F. Kennedy) are also excellent!!!
