It’s the veranda. We didn’t add any concrete because it was 5k to add 5 feet of concrete and that was the only option.

It’s 7x16, I think.

Outdoor photos are best taken on overcast days as the lighting is even. If you had just waited until the sun was covered by cloud it would have been better. Also, the plans are NOT enlarged when clicked on.

Adding a wooden or composite deck is the easiest and least expensive option. The top of the deck can be even with or a step lower than the veranda.
