Neither one of those names ring a bell. As to whether it changes or not…. Really can’t say as I don’t even remember this hosta before. It’s as if it just wandered in and I just noticed it. Geez! 🙄

Guacamole Hosta

I was about to suggest the same Beth.

Not Guac - Guac has dark green border. It's not August Moon, as AM has 10 to 11 vein pairs. This on appears to have 8/9 vein pairs.

Solid color hosta are hard to identify. I have no clue.

I checked my Squash Casserole and the vein pairs don't match it, either.

Has it bloomed?

I do have August Moon though it’s in the back yard and this one’s in the front yard. But when I cut expired flowers stalks down, I carry a large pot to place them in. It’s possible I carried an AM flower out front and dropped it and perhaps seed fell where it landed…. I did read that it’s fertile. Since it’s new to me, it’s best to see how it develops. I wouldn’t rely too much on vein pair counts as it’s not mature and Schmid says they can vary by one or two.
