I just googled “commercial kitchen cleaners near me” and found three companies licensed and bonded for this work. They may not work on residential kitchens, but you won’t know until you call the places that come up on your search. It’s probably a quick and easy job for them with little to no waste disposal fees. If they don’t do residential, they may know a company that does.
