how many mirrors is too much?

I have a round mirror on an individual wall in my main living space that I don’t plan on moving. I am interested in a full body arched mirror for my son’s OT/PT. Would a mirror next to the tv be too much? If not, which side of the tv would be preferred? I would also try to put a round planter with tree in front of/next to the mirror to have it blend in a little more. what are your thoughts:)

One mirror per space since they don’t add anything visually.

Hi Ingrid,

I wouldn’t add any mirrors in front of spaces where you are static, meaning sitting across the TV or sitting at a dining table). It should be in an area where you just pass by. To avoid people being distracted by their own reflection. Reach out to me if you need further professional help.

How many mirrors is too many? More than one.

A mirror next to the TV would be very distracting when watching TV, so not a good spot for one.

If you need a full length mirror in this space, then move the round mirror to another room and put a full length mirror in that spot.
