I love the bed with all the color! Is that what you would usually see the second week of July? Forsyth Flaming Snow is lovely The colors in Winifred Esther are always so nice, and I always love your photos of Sea Dragon. They all look good. Don't you love an overcast day for photographing? We haven't had many of those this season.

The bed is a riot of color! So pretty! Forsyth Flaming Snow is such a delicate bloom with the raindrops on it. Sea Dragon is looking good and the color on Storm Shelter is so pretty as is Undercurrent. They just look fresher in or after a rain.

I love the bed shot--so pretty! I love the delicate coloring of Forsyth Flaming Snow. Sea Dragon and Here Lies Butch are my other two picks.

I love the grouping in that little bed you have. A riot of color. I favor the cottage garden look and this would fit right in.........My favorite daylily of this group would have to be Forsyth Flaming Snow. The colors are so soft and girlie with the raindrops on it.........Maryl

The bed is lovely. I like seeing the colors together and the balloon flower(?) sets it off nicely. My favorite is Forsyth Flaming Snow but I liked Winifred Esther very well. . I have finally added that one and I m happy to see it bloom in your yard. Nice post, Sherry.

It has been that "exploding of blooms" that you talked about here as well. and so my season will end much, much sooner than usual. Last year I had rebloomers in December! Unprecedented, and I will have rebloomers in July but probably no longer this year .I have a lot of reorganizing to do so that is just fine. It has been a truly lovely year with the intense bloomingand I have enjoyed it as have the passersby. I have never had so many sloooow down and wave at me.

Kay, yes I have balloon flowers there and all over my gardens, so easy care and foliage stays green and no pests.Glad to see you added Winifred Esther….I love the colors in it, cant wait to see it in your garden.

Like you I have much reorganizing to do here as well. I already removed some poor performers and have to clear some tall phlox from that bed above. The warm winter and wet spring here alllowed the phlox to reseed like crazy…. I never experienced that here. Like you said, the garden is never done.
