We need to redo our backyard, our driveway and front yard. But I want to do the backyard first. I would like to get an overall design that includes landscaping., cleaning out shrubs and some trees, redoing the patio, the pool area and creating a layout to make it all more inviting with more sitting and a fireput.

Then we could implement it in stages. I don't know how to get started or how to talk to get an encompassing plan. I know landscapers and arborists and I can find hardscapers but I don't knw the process.

Has anyone else redone their backyard and who did you start with and what were the individual experts involved?
