Just wanted to provide an update on Bertazzoni's service, since I know there have been troubles in the past. I had an electric range installed last year, and it has worked just fine except the inner glass won't stay put. I finally contacted Bertazzoni and they have been super responsive and helpful; they sent the repair kit asap and recommended a repair company. Their appointments are backed up about a month, so I have not yet had the range serviced, but so far my warranty experience has been very quick and responsive.
