Need help choosing which sofas to keep for new house (downsizing)

Hi, we are moving to a smaller home in downtown Rochester, MI. I quickly have to decide which (if any) of my sofas to keep. In our current home we have two of the same sofas/chairs (tan/dark brown), the gray leather sectional, and the more formal off white couches. Was hoping for any feedback on which you think may look best in the new space (at least to start with). Size wise all three choices will fit...I just don't know which would look the best. The last two photos are the new house room dimensions/layout and a picture of how the current owners have the room now. Would be so appreciative of any feedback on which you think of my current three choices may look best in the space -- I really appreciate your input. I like all three but sort of leaning toward taking the sectional but just feel unsure.

keep the simple light one. forget the sectional, you are downsizing, remember.

No sectional and I do think you take the sofas thabest suit your style and for sure comfort. I do not like the set up in the sapce you show it is a confused mess as to style.

The sectional is really more contemporary looking compared to the other sofas. If as you say they all fit, what style are you going for in your new space?

Pay no heed to ”Miss Congeniality”. Most likely the sectional will not translate well in a new location.

I just posted 3 additional pictures...the room dimension/layout is the new house. The gray fabric sectional is what the current owners have in there. The light colored no arm pieces are same room in new house but from a previous owner. Any thoughts most appreciated and thanks very much to those who already shared, welcome further input :) New home is a historic / smaller scale home.

Bring these two sofas. They are size appropriate for the space and can be traditional or transitional looking. You will appreciate the flexibility of being able to play around with how to arrange them - in an L or across from each other. The simultanously look calm and eclectic together and have a nice personality in the same space.
