Recommendations for front door.

I am renovating a barn house and I'm looking for recommendations for my front door. Currently I have what is pictured but I wanted to replace with new doors. Should I remove the barn doors on the side and replace with two new wooden doors and side panels. Help! Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Also, I am replacing the windows. Should I go with the new black trimmed type or stay with white and would you go with larger windows or leave the same type? Again, thanks for your help. (We will be pulling out all shrubs, etc., plus we will install a new walkway as well. )

Years ago This Old House did a barn conversion in the Boston suburbs. I even went to one of the tours when they were finished! You might want to look up that project for some inspiration and ideas.

I think the barndoors are a bit gimmicky and not really elping with anything as far as I can see. Where is the walkway to those front doors ? That would be a big improvemnt IMO. As for the front doors I like the all glass ones and IMO all the windows should be larger and I do not love grids but when we see the wholehouse they might be the right choice . So post the pic from further back in a comment .

How is this the "front" door? Or did Google try to read your mind?

What is the INTERIOR of the spaces behind where you are standing in the photo?

No to the "barn" sidelight effect in any scenario,

please add interior pictures!

This isn't the finish to the 2021 beach house, correct?

This is a post and beam house built in 1995. It is being fully renovated to a degree. We are adding on, expanding the kitchen, etc. This actually belongs to my daughter but I'm trying to help her with the many decisions she has to make. It a very different/unique house, all wide pine floors, post and beam, etc. Just wondering if she should put larger windows on the front, with or without grills, what type of new door would you suggest or any other ideas. Thank you so much. And Jan this is not my beach house. Added a couple of pics of the beach house. It came out great.

Inside and exterior are marriage. That is the purpose of interior pics, even a floor plan. It isn't "just door and windows"

It has to consider both inside and out simultaneously

I dont mind the grids, but, I do think the windows are too small. I would want them bigger. I do see a sidewalk to that front door. It does need some better landscaping there, but, I am sure that will come eventually. I like the side barn doors. Its a barn house, it should look like one.

ooo black trimmed windows and door would be beautiful for that beautiful house. barn doors aren't very functional. probably ought to replace those.
