Hard to figure without a floorplan & wall lengths. But, try couch with back to front window & flip the console that’s under the window so it’s back is close to couch - like a sofa table. Leave enough space between front of cabinet & window to walk there & open cab doors. Maybe try lining up couch back with the window next to FP. Move rug so it’s under front feet of couch & don’t worry about centering it up with FP. Put chair - looks like a swivel - where the couch was - it can be an extra TV spot if it’s a swivel as well as a conversation seating for FP & couch. If this arrangement fits space, it should create more space for the 2 big TV chairs to spread out a bit.

ETA if TV doesn’t have to be in space, do the 2 big chairs leave too? That’s a whole new ballgame for furniture arranging.

Set up feels random and seems the tv/two chairs are what’s driving the layout. Do you need two seating areas? I’m not a fan of a tv over a fireplace, but if open to that, you could create a warmer, more interactive space, but still be functional. Balancing the room is key. If interested, can you provide a floor plan with all measurements and it might even help with two areas, if that’s a priority.

Ok - so back to drawing board. You’d said TV doesn’t need to stay in this room. IMO, first decision needed is what you want this room to be used for. Then, decide the furniture pieces needed to support that use. Then work on a pleasing arrangement. That info will streamline the suggestions given down to realistic & usable ones. Always fun to figure out how to live in a new home!

Think about your needs: tv/or not, amount and type of seating, what you want to keep/incorporate, and traffic flow. Budget may dictate, so start there. Instead of trying to figure everything out/make decisions, maybe go on line first. There are all kinds of layouts on Pinterest; I searched ”long living room furniture layout”. Find rooms with similar characteristics and identify what you see working best for your needs. Measure, as size/placement of furniture are key.

Before you purchase anything, search your preferred styles, to see how and what was used. I’d start with seating and rug and go from there.

Accessorizing comes last.
